Welcome to the Converge application, hosted by Jesus Youth India. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Converge platform and participation in the Jaago event featured within it. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

"Converge" refers to the digital application platform developed and maintained by Jesus Youth India, accessible via web or other supported interfaces.

"Jaago" refers to the faith-based event organized under the Converge application.

"User" refers to any individual accessing or interacting with the Converge application or participating in Jaago.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. Jesus Youth India reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the collection and use of your information for event participation, communication, and service improvement.

Participation in Jaago is subject to registration approval and adherence to event guidelines. Jesus Youth India reserves the right to modify event details, including schedules, speakers, and access permissions.

All content within Converge, including Jaago-related materials, is the property of Jesus Youth India or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

Users must not:

• Engage in unlawful, abusive, or disruptive behavior.
• Upload or share content that violates intellectual property rights or community standards.
• Attempt to interfere with the application's functionality or security.

By registering for Jaago or using Converge, you agree to receive communications from Jesus Youth India via email, SMS, or in-app notifications related to the event and other spiritual initiatives.

Jesus Youth India is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application or participation in Jaago.

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the application after changes implies acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cochin, Kerala.
